General Return Policy
All products sold in this shop are final sale. Due to the nature of printed art and stickers, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the limited cases described below.
By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
Returns
We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Personal preference
- Size, color, or design expectations
Returned items sent without approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
The only exception is if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, as outlined below.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:
- The order arrives damaged
- An item is missing from the order
- The order is confirmed as lost in transit
To qualify for a refund:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- You must provide clear photographic evidence of damage or missing items
- For lost orders, reasonable delivery time must have passed and tracking (if available) must support the claim
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be considered.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, we will send the correct item at no additional cost.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Clear photos of the incorrect item must be provided
We do not issue refunds for wrong items unless a replacement cannot be provided.
Lost or Missing Order
If your order is lost or missing, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate the issue and may:
- Issue a replacement, or
- Issue a refund, at our discretion
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- Orders reported outside the 14-day notification window
- Minor variations in color or print caused by screen differences
- Damage caused after delivery
- Orders with incorrect address details provided by the customer
